I had composite bonding in April 2024 followed by several issues and appointments to rectify these but then the dentist that done the work left the business and I’m left with composite bonding that is nothing like what I wanted, very uneven and has chips and cracks (not caused by myself) offered a £200 refund in July despite paying £1500, still waiting to receive this over 5 weeks later. I now have to resave and find another dentist to take off and redo.

Fantastic! Broke a tooth Mon morning & all done & dusted by 12pm the next day, highly recommend Secrets practice, fitted me in as an emergency as been archived at old dental practice, obviously had to pay private because cannot get in anywhere in Southport as an NHS patient ( not as expensive as I thought it would be) lovely, clean, light & airy, all staff were really nice & Mr Eugene Stanley is a lovely fellow, really calm & softly spoken, how he gave me a local without feeling a thing I will never know! This dentist doesn't do any NHS patients lists, and if you find any NHS dentist, they can't see someone for a few years. we all pay NI and taxes, and Cheshire and Merseyside NHS trust have not done much about this to commissioning new NHS Dentistry in Southport, and the UK Government is doing nothing about this as well. We should be able to have a refund on our NI. We as taxpayers shall be able to have this refunded to us.

Having difficulty finding a new NHS dentist, I decided to go private and went to Secrets in Liverpool Road Birkdale. My dentist now is Dr Stanley I find him to be a very professional dentist and his attention to detail is exemplary.
