Having been there for 2 years. Poor handover and record keeping. Reception always wrong with patient information and bookings. Been charged with teeth cleaning for the kid and promise to refund next few days. After a few days, we were told they have no record….
Was a really good experience, was greeted by a lovely lady at the counter who was quick with her service and very polite. Then went up to the room with Doctor Milcah who took good care of me during my filling appointment. Had a little pain but was kept at a minimum, was quick and surprisingly relaxing. I’m definitely coming back again for my checkup.

I am half way through treatment here and an important appt had to be moved due to an unavoidable issue with the dentist. But the reception staff moved heaven and earth to find me an appt that wouldn't delay my treatment. Can't thank them enough! Plus i have always found the practice to be clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly too.
