Absolutely stellar service. I was very nervous during my appointment as I have mental health issues and a chronic illness which can interfere with my dental hygiene, but Betul was extremely kind and encouraging, explained everything clearly, and set me at ease right away. It's the first time in a while I've come away from a dentist looking forward to my next appointment. Reception team were also lovely, informative, and really helpful! Cannot recommend this practice enough.

I've just had the best dental hygienist experience ever! Muhammed was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely pleasant and reassuring whilst being gentle and thorough throughout. He took the time to listen and understand my dental concerns and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

I came in for an emergency appointment with Betul Sitki last week as I was in severe pain. I called on the Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. During the appointment, despite my describing which tooth was hurting, she initially could not determine which one it was. After testing several teeth, she identified the one behind it as the source of pain. She advised me to wait a few days to see if it subsided, mentioning that it might eventually need a root canal or extraction. She also mentioned a “painkiller treatment” ... read more

Lovely practice which is clean, welcoming and great value for money. Super friendly team that helped my whole family with signing up as new patients and sorting out initial check ups. I would definitely recommend. There are very few dentists in Bath offering the services and the value you can get at this practice.
