I can honestly say from the moment I called to find out if this dentist office took my insurance and from the moment I walked out and left my appointment everyone was so nice and helpful. It’s a really nice office as well. They made me feel so comfortable which is so hard to find nowadays , I am going to make this my new dentist office and my insurance is not even in network.
Dental 365 Madison is wonderful. Dr. Chen is great. Always explains what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable each step of the way. I had an older tooth covering removed that was no longer sealed well. Dr. Chen needed to go a little deeper but remained gentle as performed the procedure. The attempt is to avoid a root canal. Of course some discomfort after the local anesthetic wore off but nothing that OTC Advil and Tylenol couldn’t handle. I was seen quickly and on time, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend for anyone needing a dentist in the city!
