They told me they would take my INS and not cost me anything .grinded on my denture for a minute sent me on my way . over 4 months later they text and email me saith they been trying to reach me LIE said my INS would not pay since it had been over 4 months it left me no time to dispute my INS co. so I had to pay $252.00 out of my pocket for a 1 minute grind adjust on my denture .CAREFULL they will lie to you.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. **** **** from Dental365. He was unable to identify the correct tooth with the problem. Instead, he worked on a perfectly healthy tooth, attempting to fill it. He cut my gum three times for "fixing" the good tooth during the procedure, causing unnecessary pain and money. To make matters worse, after all this, he ended up ruining the healthy tooth and ultimately had to extract it, though he promised the worst case was root canal. My son went in to get a tooth pulled because it's causing him pain. They did xrays, told him all the things he needed that would cost over $3200, charged him $273 for today and didnt even pull the tooth. What a rip off.

My overall experience during my first and only visit was horrific. I received a "cleaning" from the "hygienist". She was rude and abusive and seemingly used every opportunity she could to inflict pain on my teeth, gums and emotions. Her tone was hostile and combative. Her most obvious error was ignoring a line of ***** decalcification in a bottom, front tooth while I was pointing it out to her with my finger and a mirror. Was a new patient. Went in and had pictures taken and told I had 2 cavities. Scheduled my fillings and cleaning. Went back for my fillings and cleaning and as I was getting up and ready to leave after my cleaning was informed that I had 14 more cavities.
