The doctors and the dental assistants are super nice and helpful. The whole office is pretty friendly! I would recommend them to anyone honestly. My aunt goes here also and she loves them as well.

Unfortunate that they called me 7x to confirm that I was showing up to the appointment but never verified my insurance to see if i was in network until I came in physically they told me I would have to pay $450 out of pocket. Wasted my time. When I said typically offices check insurance prior to a patient coming they gave me the run around saying its the patients responsibility. Rude front staff.
Dr Ragucci and Ariel are great! They make everything so quick and easy. Would recommend anyone use dental365 in Mount Sinai!
