My family has been with Dental Zen for many years, over 10 for sure. Three stars are for an exceptional Dr Doung. Admin staff is confirming appointments 20 times per day but no indication that there is a balance owing on the account happened twice already. When someone leaves the office after an appointment and admin indicates that everything is covered and no need to pay, I assume they know what they are doing.
