I have been to a few dentists over the years. I had a tooth that continued to bother me and after seeing a few dentists Dr. Poe was the only one that was able to diagnose the problem Dr. Poe and the entire staff have always been friendly, kind and accommodating .
This business is now Assure Dental under Dr. Poe. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
I've been a patient of Dr. Poe for quite a few years and have always had a great experience. The office recently separated from DentalWorks, which I think may have contributed to a few clerical issues, but any change takes time. I had my routine cleaning today and he was just as great as ever.
Terrible experience with billing unable to speak with anyone
This dental office used to be one of the best in the area. After it was no longer affiliated with Dental Works everything fell apart. No phone calls are returned, and my wife was to be referred to a specialist to have a root canal performed and they will neither return her call or arrange the referral. My recommendation is to avoid this practice at all costs.
