My wife went for one cleaning appointment, paid for entirely by insurance. Now multiple times we've received "Balance Forward" bills saying our balance is overdue. This has been cleared up multiple times and confirmed as a billing error on their part but we continue to receive these notices. Calling never gets an answer and just prompts you to leave a message but their mailbox is full. Awful company.

This is my wife’s first visit to this dental clinic and my wife was so upset since the initial tooth cleaning was not fulfilled after spending more than an hour in clinic (most time waiting). The assistant attitude not polite, the front desk not friendly, the cleaning not performed instead asked to do deep cleaning and pay more than $300 which never happened to me with other dentists. They have proven themselves to be unreliable time and time again. I call weeks, sometimes months, in advance only to be told I don't have an appointment. I also have a credit on my account due to their billing error and lack of reporting. I mean, how hard is it to schedule my appointment when I call? Oh, it's always my fault because I didnt speak to the right people. Umm, I'm sorry, I spoke to whoever picked up the phone.
