I accidentally called this office thinking that I was reaching a different Dental practice. There was literally nothing welcoming about the woman's tone of voice who answered the phone. I was pleasant and kind and she sounded like I was bothering her. I will not be calling back. So much for bedside manner. Sheesh.
Dr. Kim and his entire staff are simply the best!! Anne was so nice and professional and Dr. Kim explained everything easily so i could understand what he was recommending. I'd give them 10-stars if i could!!
Had a great experience, everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. The assistant Marissa made me feel at ease, and has a great energy. Dr. Kim is great and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new practice.
This has been the best dental health experience I have had. We just switched our family over and we couldn’t be happier. Alison is our hygeniest and our cleanings are thorough and gentle and she is so thoughtful. I’ve had some work done by Dr. Kim too and he is so good at what he does! I highly recommend.
