This is the best dental experience I have ever had. Unparalleled expertise and care. Dr Quigley found an issue missed by other dentists for years that clearly needed to be addressed. Great communication by the doctor and excellent care by the staff. Update - This was a long process that required braces, aligners, a temporary fix for teeth that chipped because they rubbed together and wore too thin. I initially had a great experience with Bend Dental Wellness. I needed a crown and felt very comfortable with the doctor—he did a great job, and I was happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, things became confusing after that. During my consultation, I was told I could bring in my retainers to have them adjusted to fit my new crown. However, on the day of my procedure, my bill included a new set of retainers that had never been discussed with me. I am blown away by my experience today. Dr. Q is by far the most thorough and kind dentist I’ve ever met. He took the time to sit down and discuss every angle of my unique situation in detail. If all doctors invested this much time in their patients, the world would be a much healthier place. While previous dentists have been judgmental of my hesitancy toward certain treatments or my preference to avoid fluoride, Dr. Q offered grounded, less aggressive advice.
