My impression of the manager, Mandy, is unprofessional. After my boyfriend tried calling their office multiple times leaving vm regarding if they except new patients for tooth pain he's been having. Finally he was able to get through for Mandy to basically give him a hard time saying he didn't leave them messages when in fact he did. I would know bc I was with him making him call. As someone nervous about the procedure, Dr. DiNola and his team made me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. Dental Wellness Center is nothing short of amazing!!! When my son Anakin had his tooth knocked out during wrestling, we were in full panic mode. Dr. Dinola and his staff are wonderful. I've had two cavitations removed with ozone and I can say for a fact that this procedure alleviated several of my health problems. He is knowledgeable about allopathic medicine as well as holistic, he's friendly and gentle yet effective. I love going to see the crew and sit in his chair. 10 stars.
