Eleven of ten! As a former dentalphobe I have absolute trust in Thomas and the rest of the team. Compassion, excellent dentistry and good practical advice and never feeling rushed add to my recommendation.
Extremely dissapointed with this practice. Attended for an emergency appointment. From the minute you walk in its a disappointing experience - dirty carpet, dated furniture, noisy air filter humming away because they dont want to spend any money on updating anything. The dentist was condescending and did absolutely nothing to help my situation. Sharon was gentle when checking my teeth, gums, and jaw, and caring and honest in her feedback and guidance.
