Staff was very friendly. Took my 5 year old for a school exam. They walked her through everything they were doing
My son loved it . He was a very nervous 3 year old but they were so kind and gentle with him . Made him feel comfortable, and he earned there trust that they wouldn’t hurt him . She showed him on he’s hand everything they were going to do to him and he loved that.
The customer service was excellent the office was clean and the dentist was very nice and caring I would highly recommend this dentist
Dear Dental Town, I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience for me. Communication and patient comfort are very important. Due to past medical experiences, I have a strong fear of needles. When it was time to numb my gums, I was not given a clear warning before the injection. A simple heads-up would have helped me feel more comfortable and prepared. I was also repeatedly told, "We're almost done," several times during the procedure, which became frustrating.
