Made an appointment, was on time , their were only few people ahead , but the wait , be prepared to cancel all your plans didn’t know first time patients it’s a 2 hour wait only 3 people working today , .

I don’t usually write reviews like these, but this experience was beyond disappointing—it was negligent. Back in February or March, I brought my daughter in for a routine cleaning. After Dr. Dima examined her, I raised concerns about gum pain she had been experiencing. I was told she had a tooth stuck inside the gum that never grew out and would need to be removed, and that I would be referred elsewhere for treatment. I went to this location a couples of weeks ago with tremendous tooth pain, from the time I placed the call the young lady whom answered, was very helpful, very informative, very caring was able to get me in the following day. Wow Dr.Dima is such a wonderful person, very caring, very professional advised I needed root canal, she was so gentle, explain everything very well. From the receptionist, dental assistant, to the dentist, everyone was very professional and welcoming! The clinic is clean and Well Managed! I felt very cared for! Looking forward to my next appointment! Great experience!
