I came here a month and have ago, and they told me I need a crown, that they would have to contact my insurance for approval. I’ve been following up with them to see what’s going on, that they haven’t contacted me to let me know when can I come to get the crown done. Today I came for another reason, and I asked them again, and they told me that the insurance denied the crown claim because they didn’t have a clear picture of my entire tooth to see if they can approve it.
