I had a terribly infected tooth. I booked an appointment to get it examined. I did not expect the issue would be fixed on the first appointment. But the staff at the Didsbury Dental Town were so friendly and accommodating. Very thorough in my options and were able to treat me that same day. Great experience, friendly staff, flexible bookings, great pre appointment follow up and plenty of reminders to be prepared for the appointment. Would recommend.
What a phenomenal experience. Mature friendly conversation from the knowledgeable dental hygienist. I was asked several times if the procedure was comfortable and to let her know at any time if I needed a break. She was gentle. Upon completion she professionally explained what the condition of my dental health was and how I can maintain to improve further problems. If anyone has fear of dental appointments, please book with Dental Town. They all are top notch professionals.
