I would give this dental office zero stars if I could. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and I understand that being late was my fault and I take responsibility for that. But the way receptionist NICOLLE treated me was completely unacceptable. NICOLLE was extremely rude and unprofessional. The worse serviced ever, he is not aware of the person in the front desk or maybe he is and he doesn’t want to take care, he has a lady who is super nasty, and she wants you to charged extra money, no only that, this lady told me that she can’t not give me my x-ray, my info to move on… nasty lady and the doctor doesn’t want to talk with his clients, so she thinks she has the power to do whatever she wants there!…
"I had an amazing first visit at Dental surgery & esthetics ! The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. My hygienist gave me the most thorough yet gentle cleaning I’ve had in years. Dr. took the time to explain every step of my exam and discussed a clear treatment plan without any pressure. The entire office is immaculately clean and modern. Highly recommend!"
