I will preface this by saying I probably had much more anxiety than my 6 year old son did. Dr. Nguyen was amazing and explained everything very thoroughly and put me at ease before they took my son back. The process was much better than I expected. Highly recommend.
Showed up to meet my son towards the end of his procedure and was kicked out of the waiting area because I was with my toddler, mind you they had a television with cartoons on it and an area for kids to play. But not mine. We were asked to wait out in our cars that he wouldn’t be ready for another at least another 20 minutes. Not to mention, I feel as if they took advantage of my ex, his mother. I don’t think he had nearly as many cavities as they claimed. Beware of this dentist.
My toddler had his dental work done here under general anesthesia. I was very nervous but after reading into Dr. Nguyen who did my sons anesthesia, and speaking with him beforehand, I truly felt like my son was in one of the best hands there is. Everything went well, Dr. Nadine did a great job on his teeth. The staff here were very friendly. The nurse who assisted me while my son was waking up from anesthesia was a true gem. Entire staff was beyond Amazing . Thank you so much to Kathy who was so sweet and called and kept us updated with everything and her compassion with my emotions . The Anesthesia team James for explaining everything to us and making sure my son felt comfortable and was taken care of & Devin who helped me through the process of my son waking up . The staff is amazing. Kathy was so polite. She gave me a peace of mind at a time of me feeling so helpless. My 4 year old boy got dental work. Was fast and they just were so friendly. The anesthesiologist was amazing. Hands down i would recommend to anyone.
