Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this office has no idea what “patient care” means. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like answering basic questions was a burden. When I finally got to the back, the hygienist rushed through everything and didn’t explain a single thing as to what was doing. Absolutely, horrible experience. Called and asked if they took my insurance. They said yes, waited waited over 3 months for an appointment. Got into the office gave them all my paperwork. They had me go see the Doctor we talked. I left they told me they didn't accept my insurance. And now I had to pay a $100. I told them I didn't have it. And they should have told me that before I went in to his office. They said they don't care, pay me. Or I'll take you to court. And they did while I was in court.
