I used to love Dental Studio and have been a patient since 2016. It seems they have had significant turnover recently and have gone far downhill. I got X-rays taken and had a check-up six weeks ago and typically see the dentist while I am there. It turned out there were no dentists onsite that day, and they said the dentist would call me back with the X-ray results. I recently visited this office for a teeth whitening procedure and had an excellent experience. Angelica at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and communicated everything thoroughly. Jessica, who performed most of the procedure, was knowledgeable, reassuring, and efficient. Bianca provided friendly assistance throughout, and Dr. Wu demonstrated professionalism, competence, and expertise. Incredibly friendly staff and good doctors. No extra waiting time. The service is unbelievably efficient. Nice view of Union Square while the dentist does her thing. Love it!

Really a wonderful office. I always request Laurie to do my cleaning for over 10 years. She is really amazing and very thoughtful.
