I seriously love this dental office. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly and welcoming. Brian, who handles the scheduling, is always incredibly nice on the phone—pleasant, helpful, and funny, which honestly makes dealing with appointments so much better. Allison does my cleanings and she is AMAZING. She’s extremely thorough and never makes me feel rushed. Been going here since I was a child now my family comes here. We drive all the way from Austin for the compassion and care Dr Winerik and her team give! I will never go anywhere else!
Crystal in the front office is unprofessional rude and needs to work on her facial expressions and eye rolling. If you make an error own your mistake and keep your professionalism. We're all human but accountability and responsibility. Crystal was unprofessional and had the same immature behavior at a previous visit. I was hoping she has having an off day the first visit. Very friendly office staff and great dentists! There was a miscommunication at my first visit, but the office manager worked hard to correct the issue and make sure I had a good experience. On top of great dental care, Dr. Smith helped me jump my car when my battery died in their parking lot. If that’s not going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!
