Crystal in the front office is unprofessional rude and needs to work on her facial expressions and eye rolling. If you make an error own your mistake and keep your professionalism. We're all human but accountability and responsibility. Crystal was unprofessional and had the same immature behavior at a previous visit. I was hoping she has having an off day the first visit. In reality it's actually her normal. Crystal doesn't interpret notes correctly either when she enters them. She's very judgmental and hear what she wants. ... read more
Very friendly office staff and great dentists! There was a miscommunication at my first visit, but the office manager worked hard to correct the issue and make sure I had a good experience. On top of great dental care, Dr. Smith helped me jump my car when my battery died in their parking lot. If that’s not going above and beyond, I don’t know what is!
The whole team here is the best! So kind and efficient.
Dr. Winarick is my all-time favorite family dentist. She has gentle hands, and is extremely knowledgeable about treatment options. My kid love going to see her. The staff is pleasant and they work together well. Very welcoming atmosphere.
