I never leave negative reviews, but this is a must. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The appointment was for 1pm and my son got called in at 1:55pm. Then we waited for the doctor for another 30 minutes. The doctor had horrendous bedside manner as he stated that he couldn't do recommneded surgery because they don't deal with patients who are less than 100% cooperative for IV sedation. What??? Very bad service. I took my son with severe pain in a tooth due to a root canal that Dr. Jeffrey Sarmiento started for him, and they charged the insurance for the entire expensive treatment, by the way, and now when I take him, he told me that he can't do it Nothing for the tooth, but I already charge the money, like it saved the child's tooth 😡😡😡.
