Have been to various dentists in the area as I live nearby, but tried this one out because they took my insurance - by far worst dental experience I’ve ever had for the following reasons (I came here 5 times total over the course of 3 weeks - for a cleaning and fillings with Dr. Tesoro): 1. Poor office etiquette - all of the dental assistants I dealt with spoke VERY broken English and didn’t even introduce themselves as to who they were when they took me to a room. Dr. Berkowitz was okay, he was kind but did not do the most thorough job. The problem lies with the payments and the charges. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen. Was told insurance would cover a certain amount and then on the day of my check up, I was hit with a $2,000 bill. I also wasn't given the option to split of payments or create any type of payment plan, so they drained my bank account for subpar surgery. The front staff was very attentive and polite and the medical assistants in the back were very careful and exercised extreme sanitary practices. Dr. Fernandez addressed all my issues and followed up with the appropriate recommendations. I called the next day about another concern and Dr. Fernandez was able to see me the same day ! A very caring doctor !! A big thank you to Geidy, Anaelys, Jennifer and Maydelis.
Had a very nice experience very helpful staff in the front desk , they are very professional on all the procedures. Had to change my appointments a few times for personal reasons and still they were very organized and understanding and kindly helped me setting an appointment that fits my schedule. Definitely a 5 start Dental Facility.
