Was refered by general dentist. Everyone was polite but seem a little hectic. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment and wait 15 minutes after schedule time. Did a lot of sitting and waiting seem to think this is due to large number of patients. Endodontist was very nice but seemed stressed.
I got some X rays today and advice about a gum graft. It was quick and easy. I saw Jillian and Dr. Stanazai. Both were fun and easy to talk to. I actually had good time hanging out there with them.
I will not be taking my family back to this center. A complete waste of money and time to be told there is nothing wrong with my son, when a week after the appointment, his orthodontist finds something questionable. Granted, I understand there are different abilities per each level of oral health, but I feel we were just "another $" in the coin purse. The dentist did a great job but they charged me AND my insurance paid them and I can't get ahold of the billing department. I was told they would call me and they have not and every time I call they say they will call me back and don't. I will change my review once this issue is corrected. Amber Bernard-
Today was my second day having teeth removed, one remarkable man is the reason for the four star’s in this review. The doctor I had seen during the last visit seemed kind of dismissive. He really gave no insight on his conclusions or what he was seeing, Even the hygienist needed Clarification because it was just kind of strange mumbles.
