Very disappointed with Dental Specialty Center’s billing department. The office manager was rude and unwilling to work with us at all. Instead of helping resolve concerns, the entire experience felt stressful and dismissive. Poor customer service.
Professional facility with staff that are helpful, caring, and well educated in their field.
Very impressed with 4his facility they really have the state of the art equipment. They are super nice and all the way helpful I actually enjoyed the consultation. And they have more than just oral surgey it is all in one dental area. Heather Baily and dr verber all super nice to deal with and I will be going back. It makes a difference when someone cares and wants to help
Update: it takes months for a response on the review, and I will not be calling. I called in and left messages previously and still have yet to get a return call. Oh and as a side bonus... I just received a $350 bill above of the price I was told, and signed!!, at the office. Will look elsewhere if an oral surgeon is needed. Took my son for wisdom teeth extraction. Called the week before to see if he will need any prescriptions so I could pick them up prior to his appointment. I was told no, there will be no prescriptions or... read more
