Everyone at Dental South is so welcoming and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. My check-up and clean always go smoothly and I leave feeling great. I highly recommend treating yourself to a Hydrafacial while you are there, your skin will feel amazing!
During my first visit, I made it clear to both the staff and the dentist that I have anxiety about dental work. Despite this, on my last visit I was told I wouldn’t be numbed for two fillings so my bite could be checked. This resulted in an extremely painful and distressing experience, with constant shooting nerve pain throughout the procedure. I then complained to the practice where I the best they could offer was to have a different dentist!! So traumatised by this procedure and do not recommend this practice to anyone!!!
I’ve been to this practice quite a few times now that I feel I can leave an accurate review. I had a recently developed fear of the dentist in the past year as I needed a lot of work done for various reasons. Not only did they refer me initially to a surgeon who did fantastic work and was caring himself, their reception staff have been kind and patient to me.
