Dr Javier Llompart is excellent. I’ve been his patient for 10+ years. Unfortunately his administrative and technical staff is not up to his level. Particularly, his appointments system does not work. I scheduled and waited for more than 6 mo. for a follow up appointment and it was cancelled without prior notification or call to reschedule.
Asistí en febrero del 2020 a la oficina dental de la dentista Irma Lorenzi y no recibí un trato profesional por parte del personal, en especial la secretaria. Al presentarme en el mostrador para registrarme la secretaria me dijo que no había confirmado mi cita y le mostré evidencia en mi teléfono de la confirmación y fue bastante grosera con su lenguaje verbal y no verbal, principalmente porque yo tenía evidencia y además en la sala habían más personas que miraban lo sucedido.
