I visited Dental Smiles London after a friend recommended them. The dentist was gentle and explained things clearly, which I liked. However, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was frustrating since I’d taken time off work. The filling I got was fine and I had no pain afterwards, but the delay made the experience less smooth. Overall, kind staff and good care, but the waiting time could improve.
Fantastic customer experience. Reception staff dream team. Abigail Dentist looks after her clients and guides well on all teeth management. All round A star team and well established dentistry.... keep up the good work. Thumbs up
