THE WORST staff and oral surgeon (a short white guy)!!! They called me numerous times leading up to my appointment and the day off. No one had the same or accurate information as to what my experience would be the day of. They refused to give me prices until I was in the office, which now I know why. They told me I would not have to pay for an x-Ray since I already had one from my general dentist. They charged me $80 for an x-Ray + $100s for all sorts of fees. This dental office was participating in my dental plan and this was the reason why I chose to be seen there. Before I went, I called my dental plan and they stated that the services would be covered in full. They had instructed my husband, Robert Borch, not to eat anything starting in the evening of the day before.
