Respectful, nice, and patient staff and doctors.
Hi my experience was great had to wait a little bit long because the clinic was crowded but I was well taken care of I thank the dentist and his entire team for a job well done
Today was my first visit and I was somewhat apprehensive because of the negative reviews. The front staph was polite and professional. The Dentist explained to me the issue that I had and made suggestions about possible treatments/procedures. Overall I am satisfied with the care that I received.
UPDATE! The Riverdale office I booked at was phenomenal! Amazing staff and Dr!! I would highly recommend. Today I went to this facility for a dental extraction. When I entered the room, I asked if I could keep my tooth, and the nurse/assistant told me no because it was broken. I asked the doctor as well, and he told me the same thing. I said okay, I understand.Then I see him kind of cleaning my arm and telling me to make a fist, and he starts putting a band on me.
