My first time booking with DR Pruden. Booked in to just get a tooth assessed not to be able to do anything to it. Couldn’t get in for two weeks no problem. Had 2 messages to confirm my appointment the day prior. The day of the appointment I got a message just before 8 that my appointment was canceled due to dentist being sick. 200% recommend. 100/10 My experience here yesterday was a day I will never forget. I went in as a new patient, very last minute, with concern about my 3 year old daughter's teeth. We left feeling heard, understood and reassured. Every worry I had was gone. Dr Matt you are AMAZING! As well as Bonnie the receptionist and the other helpful staff and assistants. This is definitely a first choice dental office! The office staff, the hygienist John and Dr. Matt are all professional, knowledgeable, and ease any “dentist stress” you may have. They were great with my kids and with me as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to see Dr. Craib as well! Incredible professional service in North Battleford!
