What can you say about a dentist except they look after you with care. Mel explains everything before she does anything. Also gives a quote before she starts so there is no shock at the counter. She's always having a chat which totally keeps your mind off things. 2 of my friends have transferred to here also because of bad service else where
Dr Megan Walker is genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever had! She always makes me feel calm and explains things well. Cannot recommend her enough!!

As a patient who was happy with this practice I was treated very poorly last week when due to a medical emergency I forgot my appt. I apologised profusely & explained why, made a new appt for two days later, only to be phoned the next day & told that if I turn up for the new appt I will be fined $168 for the appt I didn't attend. Here's the kicker.....I waited an extra 3 months for my appt because the Dentist was off sick the day of my original appt back in Dec so they had to reschedule me.
