As a patient who was happy with this practice I was treated very poorly last week when due to a medical emergency I forgot my appt. I apologised profusely & explained why, made a new appt for two days later, only to be phoned the next day & told that if I turn up for the new appt I will be fined $168 for the appt I didn't attend. Here's the kicker.....I waited an extra 3 months for my appt because the Dentist was off sick the day of my original appt back in Dec so they had to reschedule me. I had a deep clean today with Dr Shayne and it was so relaxing! I know that’s a weird way to describe a visit to the dentist but I actually almost fell asleep! I loved it and would recommend to anyone! Five out of five!
Things have changed a bit since my last extraction. 2 teeth out without knowing it. Extremely caring and professional.
