Always impressed with this place. The receptionist is warm, friendly and I enjoyed our exchange I always have. The new dentist Dr Kajal replacing Hannah, was superb. After extractions I usually feel numbness like a fat lip and cheek. I’ve never had a better extraction experience

Edit: I very much have been to this clinic. I want to say, "idk why they'd lie about it", but it's also clear why they'd lie. Scummy behaviour made worse. When I visited Dental on Kennedy, not only were the reception staff really quite mean about my having a voucher, their supposed "wheelchair accessibility" included a step at the front door. I was unable to get into the building without assistance and the receptionist literally watched as I fell out of my wheelchair trying to get out the door, didn't get up to help at all, ... read more

Just want to say Thankyou to Dental on Kennedy. From the reception all the way through to Dr Hannah Lee everyone was so nice! Had a small emergency over night and was able to call first thing in the morning and they found me an available spot and sorted everything out.

I had a dental visit with Dr Hannah Lee some years ago. I was using an emergency voucher, which I believe impacted on her discriminatory behaviour towards me. Firstly, I needed an X-ray. I have a very small mouth, the size of a young adolescent child, and the radiographic film was cutting very sharply and painfully into me. I expressed several times that I was in terrible pain, and Dr Lee became nasty with me, telling me I *had* to do it. I managed to do it and it really hurt.
