I called at about 4:30 pm on a Tuesday for the team to fit me in at 11:50 the next day, the appointment toke about two hours but that’s from past dental trauma. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL I had an appointment at 11:30 and arrived at 11:29. Waited for 52 minutes and then left. Rang them but they wouldn't return my call...simply replied by text...probably to nervous to actually speak to someone. Replying by text to a phone call is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Their texts were typical "Meghan Markle" type. You know the type of text, where they change the narrative, make excuses and lie. And it is everyone's fault but their own.
