Absolutely horrible. There is no reason why I have spoken to the receptionist 15 minutes prior to me getting there and I get there with my child and the doors are locked and she tells me the doctor is gone…. Absolutely horrible and no respect for other people’s time. I do not recommend especially if you have a child.
I had a tooth extracted here a month ago and I've been waiting to leave a review because I wanted to make sure it healed and I didn't have to go back. The receptionists are lovely, the dental assistant it also very nice, but getting this tooth pulled was honestly the worst experience. I used to be a patient of Dr. Steiner at Applewoods Dental in Alcona and was always satisfied with his work. I have NEVER had a great Dentist experience and no matter what I have had done in the past I’m days in pain after . Let me tell you He is the best Dentist I have ever been to . No pain and feeling great . Can’t wait for my upcoming appointments
