I just had the most FRUSTRATING experience with the Innisfil location. The receptionist Danielle is completely unreasonable. She refused to submit my claim, accused me of being a liar, and unable to read and just plain rude. She ended up NOT submitting my claim manually, not sending to the insurance again (confirmed by me calling the insurance company), had the wrong insurance the while time while she was "sending claims", told me that "couldn't read". Absolutely horrible. There is no reason why I have spoken to the receptionist 15 minutes prior to me getting there and I get there with my child and the doors are locked and she tells me the doctor is gone…. Absolutely horrible and no respect for other people’s time. I do not recommend especially if you have a child.
I had a tooth extracted here a month ago and I've been waiting to leave a review because I wanted to make sure it healed and I didn't have to go back. The receptionists are lovely, the dental assistant it also very nice, but getting this tooth pulled was honestly the worst experience. I used to be a patient of Dr. Steiner at Applewoods Dental in Alcona and was always satisfied with his work.
