Me pareció un mal servicio me cancelaron la cita dos veces porque “ van a estar cerrados “ porque dan citas si van a cerrar, y las citas bien lejanas, perdí mi tiempo esperando la cita para que la cancelen y no solucionan buscando pronto otra
By far the worst Dentist office experience ever. I took my kids as New patients, I booked them an Appointment in person. They make me wait a whole month for my kids to be seen, Next thing I know they call me the previous day my kids appointment was scheduled to cancel!!. Saying the Doctor was out town! There was no Answers., No explanations no one was “responsible”. Very unprofessional. This place is nothing., but a poor excuse for a business.
Friendly, clean and welcoming
This is my first time visiting this place. I liked the way they treated me. I only waited about 15 minutes when I arrived, and about an hour for cleaning and x-rays. The only thing I didn't like was that when I went out to the reception for my next appointment, another girl was there and had already scheduled my appointment. When you are the patient, you yourself must set the day you know you can go to your next appointment. I let the receptionist know and she didn't like it.
