A week before I was leaving for a I month trip I chipped one of my front teeth. I was referred to Dental Matrix by a friend who gets their dental work done there. I explained my travel situation and Dental Matrix was able to get me in the next day and repaired my chipped tooth. I was extremely happy with the service received and Dr Yu was so informative with every step being done. I will definitely go to Dental Matrix for all future dental needs. A nice, very clean and professional office.
Very nice office. Great Doctor and staff, but always check your bills. They tend to always charge extra as they wish to!
Susie and Jen definitely went beyond doing just their job.. they pushed my baby around in her stroller till she fell asleep while I got the x rays done. Dr. Quin Yu didn’t really go over my charts other than I need to get my wisdom teeth removed first (they referred me elsewhere to get that done) They took my insurance and also charged me $62.00 (out of pocket) to use their scan for my wisdom teeth I went to Ramona Dentistry to get a second opinion and they were very thorough on my charts and even had the doctor look at my t... read more
This dental matrix is dishonest . Charged me for simple basic mourn after already charging my insurance . I went to another dentist in the city of chino and they told me that is odd they charged for that . Also they did not go over my results with me like the other dentist did . DISHONEST…
Great experience here ☺️ They have a great office and equipment, reasonable prices, and the quality of work I’ve received is great. Dr Yu, her husband, and her assistant are very friendly, and willing to explain / discuss with you any details of the procedures I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment, and they are very flexible with appointment scheduling and follow-ups Also bonus: they have Netflix etc for you to watch while in the chair!
