A lot of people over their lifetime have had difficult experiences at the dentist and this is a great place to come to heal those past experiences - this has been my experience. I have felt heard and understood by the dentist in regards to receiving dental treatment.
I didn't go to the dentist for 20 years after I left home...it was so traumatic. Even when I absolutely HAD to book in I agonised as to whether I could get away with not booking in...then I started going to Kevin. Well, that was a real eye opener about how much trauma did NOT have to play a part in the experience! He is so considerate and calm, very open to working at my pace, not his - and his work is extremely thorough without causing me to suffer pain.
