I cannot seem to put how unprofessional and unpleasant working with this lab is!! We are a dental office that sends multiple types of cases including prosthodontics, TMJ re positioning of max and mand arches and crowns. We have worked with plenty of labs that are able to actually fabricate the cases but we were looking for a local lab. After some easy cases of crowns, we submitted a couple for repositioning and that's were the nightmare began.
