There's a number of positives. I asked my dentist for referrals to have a troublesome tooth removed and prepare for an implant just a week ago. DIOSL called me a day later. I talked to them just this week and they had me in by Thursday. That was so nice given the issues I was experiencing. The office is very organized wrt their communication and preparation for a procedure, all on line. The actual procedure was done very well and I'm healing very well after ~24 hours. Dr. Chai, Dr. Lutter and his team are amazing. Knowledgeable, educated, professional and kind. They worked hard to get me surgery ready and also made it such an easy process that at times can be difficult for the client. However, both Drs. did an amazing job, and I am extremely grateful that I came across their help. Thank you everyone in the office and Laci, thank you both Drs for everything.
