My insurance Explanation of Benefits came and says that I owed $165. They are refusing to give me my $270 back because they "haven't been paid by my insurance" when my insurance says they have sent payment.
Dr.Duan is the absolute best. She's very thorough and went above and beyond to help me get scheduled with a specialist for an emergency! Me and my wife are making Chesley our permanent family dentist!
I would highly recommend Chesley Dental to anyone needing quality dentistry. Dr. Dewan, Brooke, Connie & staff, are all above any Dental practices, around!!!! Making you feel welcomed & valued and very comfortable during your dental needs. You will not be disappointed. 😁❤️❤️❤️
Broken equipment , chipped old wooden tables and ripped leather in dental chairs should be replaced immediately !! Hygiene, Good Housekeeping, and first impressions should be top priority. When discussing cost of a simple extraction.( 1 side tooth needed to be pulled,)why did I have to leave the dental chair to be led into a " Conference Room ". to discuss the price. I knew at that point ........ needless to say I walked out.
