Really great staff, always friendly and professional
I got a handful of implants done here recently and while I havent gotten the permanents yet, the first half so far was a breeze. they are very gentle and make sure you feel no pain and understand the entire process. everyone who works here is very friendly which helps any anxiety you may have.
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Dental & Implant Clinic at Landsdown Center in Richmond, BC. I booked my initial consultation over the phone and took 30 minutes to get there. I expected that after the examination, I could get a cleaning or start treatment which I clearly communicated when booking the appointment and the receptionist agreed.
