So I’m disappointed. Dr Bucaj sent out that he was moving. I had an appointment scheduled for 1-11. No call, no new address nothing. Who does that? My appointment was cancelled without being notified “surprise” I had to reschedule with the new place and they don’t take insurance. $ 90 for a cleaning? No thank you. Very unprofessional

Dr Bucaj put a bridge on my teeth that now has decay on a tooth under the bridge. When the bridge was placed he assured me that he could fix anything. So I reach out to his office and explained the situation and that It is very painful. Heather who works in the office said she would put me on the schedule. So I waited for days to get a call or email with a time or day.. Nothing. Weeks later and still nothing. So I sat in pain waiting and I even emailed several times after and no response.. He is a gem, I wouldn’t trust my health with anyone else. He fixed by bite that was causing clicking. I’m so thankful for him. Years ago he removed all four of my wisdom teeth and made that daunting process a walk in the park. Thank you so much Dr. Bucaj.
