Overall, I truly appreciate the clinical care I received here. Dr. Cowan is excellent and performed two textbook-level procedures on me in one day — removal of my upper and lower right wisdom teeth along with a sinus lift on the same side. Both surgeries were successful, and for that I am very grateful. The surgical outcome and his skill deserve recognition. The office also has very minimal wait times. Horrible management!!! I’m giving one star because my insurance sent a check of about $400 to this office back in June, and I still haven’t received the money. I’ve called several times, and every time I’m told they’ll “talk to the manager” and take care of it — but nothing has been done. Be careful and make sure your insurance sends any payments directly to you, not to this office.
Dr.Herzog is an absolute best!!! Been doing implants in New York all over the place - and Gosh WHY I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT HER EARLIER?
