So far excellent! I called at least 10 others including the dentist where I am an established patient and was unable to get an urgent appointment for abcessed tooth. Very knowledgeable, caring, phone staff. The also take adult Tenncare for dental. Will update after my visit tomorrow but most likely I have found a new regular primary dentist.
