Wonderful experience! The staff is genuinely welcoming and professional. The receptionist is especially kind and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Botero is friendly, attentive, and thorough. I never felt rushed—she always takes the time to listen to my concerns. All of my dental work has been done with anesthesia injections, and I’ve always felt comfortable.
