I didn’t catch the name of the hygienist who worked with me today (I know she said it, I just didn’t hear clearly), but I’d like to know. She was very thorough, but not aggressive. I’d welcome having her on my next visit. The doctor could be a bit more personal and engaged. He did all the things he needed to do, but didn’t introduce himself, so it felt a bit “clinical” We’ve been with this practice for 20+ years and with the change in ownership, some changes are expected.
