Denise is an expert professional, kind and gentle clinician and excellent teacher. She is a resource for guiding staff. I was able to advise the Havertown office that I might be delayed. How lovely it felt that that ordinary courtesy was acknowledged. I want to applaud the professionals in Havertown. I transferred care here as a result of my new employment.
