I found the office staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is extremely nice, however it lacks a coat rack. You have to take your coat with you everywhere you go, so dress light. Time spent in the waiting room has been minor, but there are plenty of books if you arrive early. The dentist treats you very good. He is friendly and takes his time, he explains everything that is being done and even warns you if something might hurt (a little discomfort as he says it).
