Absolutely abysmal standard of care. We have to drive 3.5 hrs multiple times to this office for terrible service. Our son's permanent expander was improperly installed twice and fell out twice. The staff just told us to use the permanent expander as a removable device. We paid for a permanent expander and have had to make compromises for this office's substandard work.
