Your Office manager in your Irvington office is very rude; she will not help me with my billing concerns, she said she had to wait for someone from this office to contact her she did not want to take the time to explain what the paperwork indicated she told me to just pay and wait to see if I could get any type of solution from this office. This is not the first time she had talk to me like this but as of today it will be the last after all these years; I will be looking for a new dentist and office.
